Princess Siriwanwaree will take part in 27th SEA Games in Myanmar


BANGKOK, 11 October 2013 (NNT) - Her Royal Highness Princess Siriwanwaree, a daughter of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, will be among the Thai athletes to participate in the 27th Southeast Asian Games to be held in Naypyidaw, the capital of Myanmar, during December 9-18, 2013.


The princess yesterday joined a press conference on the Thai equestrian troop for the 27th SEA Games at the Polo and Equestrian Club in Pattaya, Chonburi province. The Thailand Equestrian Federation will field a total of 8 athletes in three categories of the equestrian event namely dressage, show jumping and endurance. They will compete in both team and individual types.


The SEA Games equestrian competition offers 6 gold medals and will be participated by 70 athletes from eight countries.
