An unusually tall man from central Myanmar will receive free medical treatment in Singapore, according to medical practitioners.
35-year-old Win Zaw Oo measures 7 feet 10 inches in height. Doctors think his extraordinary height is a result from a chronic disease called Acromegaly, that occurs when the body produces an excess of growth hormones.
"We have got Win Zaw Oo's medical check-up from Singapore. According to the medical result, Win Zaw Oo will be operated medical treatment. That's why; a hospital from Singapore will provide his medical treatment charges," said Dr. Myat Thu Min.
Win Zaw Oo faces many difficulties walking and sweats a lot most of the time and his doctors consider him to be at risk if he does not receive medical treatment.
"It is sure that he must receive medical treatment in Singapore," added Dr. Myat Thu Min.
