An 81-year-old woman suffering from dementia is missing from a retirement home in Wellington.
Rose Jenkins Drew is missing from Malvina Major Retirement Village on Burma Road in Johnsonville.
She was last seen about 10.30am on Saturday and does not know the area well as she has only been living in the retirement village for a week.
Police are asking local residents to check their properties.
Mrs Drew is 1.5m tall and was last seen wearing a purple scarf and a green jersey. She is also possibly wearing a grey and white tartan hat.
