The Republic of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) will organize a business plan contest in Yangon soon.
The UMFCCI has partnered with Cambodia International Education Support Foundation to organize the event aimed at nurturing the young entrepreneurs for the third time.
The event offers a prize of USD 1000 to USD 3000 plus professional honours.
The Myanmar's largest trading organization will send outstanding groups to Mekong Business Challenge 2014.
Four award winners of the previous year's contest bagged honours in the Mekong Business Challenge 2013 hosted for the first time in Myanmar.
They were handed a chance to visit Google in California, US.
According to a UMFCCI press release, the application forms are available at its office in Min Ye Kyaw Swa street and the deadline is 30 July.
The group is scheduled to organize a briefing on the contest on 6 July.
The annual contest is third of its kind in Myanmar since the most influential organization in Myanmar business field launched the event in 2011.
The group was established in 1919 as Burmese Chamber of Commerce (BCC) and renamed as UMFCCI in 80 years later.
