The detailed interview with Myanmar's icon of democracy (Op-Ed, Nov. 13) showed Ms Suu Kyi to be a democrat at heart, prepared to compromise without diluting her conviction and basic principles. It is clear that she possesses all qualities of leadership to deliver on her promises of good governance in Myanmar.
