HILTON TO TAKE OVER CENTRAL POINT TOWER

US hotel chains Hilton Group will take over management of Central
Point Tower near the landmark Sule Pagoda in the very heart of Yangon,
reported local newspaper 7Day News which cited the ministry of hotels
and tourism.

The construction was undertaken by Thailand's L.P Holding Company
under the agreement with the ministry in 1993. The international hotel
chains Hilton is planning to open the hotel in later 2013.

The hotel which is established since 2010 and currently providing
spaces for offices will have 300 suites.

The Hilton Group has more than 3000 hotels in 91 countries around the world.
